📍 Get directions →Africa’s biggest pop-culture festival returns to the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec from Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 September 2026 , four days of comics, gaming, anime, cosplay and celebrity panels over the Heritage Day long weekend. Expect celebrity signings, exclusive merchandise, esports tournaments, artist alley, tabletop halls and the legendary cosplay championships, with programming refreshed daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
Thursday and Friday are quieter for shopping; Saturday hosts the headline panels and biggest cosplay turnout. Phase 1 tickets from R250 per day or R750 for a four-day pass via Howler. Children under 5 enter free, under-16s need an accompanying adult, and parking is R50. Buy early , Phase 1 pricing is the cheapest the show will be.
