Lentedag 2026

Now in its 24th year, Lentedag returns to the Pretoria National Botanical Garden as South Africa's biggest student spring day festival. Set across five stages and a sprawling 100-metre bar, the day-long event brings together thousands of students for a full day of live music, DJ sets, games and entertainment activations set among the gardens' green lawns.

It's a strictly 18-and-over affair, so valid ID is required at the gate. Ticket tiers sell in waves, so early bookings tend to be the best value, and a dedicated bus pass option offers stress-free transport to and from the venue.
