Sjava Live at Sunset Music Series

Award-winning Afro-soul and hip-hop artist Sjava headlines the next instalment of the Sunset Music Series at the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden in Roodepoort. Set against the amphitheatre's dramatic cliffs and indigenous bushveld, this open-air concert pairs live music with one of Gauteng's most scenic natural backdrops.

Gates open at 1pm, giving visitors time to picnic on the lawns before the show gets underway, with the concert wrapping up by late afternoon. Own alcohol isn't permitted, but on-site bars keep the mood going, and there's ample space to spread a blanket and enjoy the sunset over the garden's waterfall.

Children under five get in free, making it a relaxed option for families as well as music lovers.
