Big Save presents The World's Biggest Braai

Big Save's World's Biggest Braai turns Loftus Versfeld's D Field into a giant open-air grill for a shot at a Guinness World Records title for the most people barbecuing simultaneously. At 10am sharp, thousands of registered participants fire up their braais in a synchronised five-minute cook-off, complete with complimentary wors, rolls, aprons and tongs.

Beyond the record attempt, the day unfolds into a full Heritage Day festival, with live sets from Mi Casa, GoodLuck, Booshle G and more, an over-18 beer garden, food vendors and activities for children. Every ticket supports the Imbumba Foundation, which channels proceeds toward its goal of delivering a million meals across South Africa, alongside youth education, health programmes and the Trek4Mandela climbing initiative.

It's Pretoria's biggest celebration of Heritage Day food and community spirit. Time: 09:00 - 20:00 (braai record attempt at 10:00).
