David Webster Hall (Wits University Residence)

A TGCSA 2-star graded student residence at the University of the Witwatersrand, named after anti-apartheid activist and Wits anthropologist Dr David Webster (1944–1989). Established in 1992, it is a mixed-gender catered residence housing approximately 400 students, offering single rooms and access to university dining facilities.

Amenities include 24-hour security, free WiFi, study rooms, TV lounges, a games room and sports facilities. Located on the West Campus at 65 Empire Road, Parktown. Accommodation is bookable through the Wits Central Accommodation Office only.
