Prohibited use

  • Fraud, payment fraud, money laundering, or using stolen payment details.

    • Creating fake accounts, fake listings, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings.

    • Circumventing platform fees by taking transactions off-platform.

    • Phishing, malware, scraping at scale, or attacking platform security.

    • Unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

Monitoring and verification

We may use automated and manual checks to detect fraud and abuse, verify identities and transactions, and require additional verification before processing payouts or high-risk transactions.

4

Our response

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel transactions, withhold payouts pending investigation, reverse fraudulent transactions, and report unlawful activity to the authorities and payment partners.
